Na actief geweest te zijn in HR in Azië (Finance / IT) richtte Marika in 2012 haar
eigen Executive Coaching kantoor op in Shanghai en Hong Kong: Essential Consult. Ze begeleidde “High Potentials” en Executives van multinationals. De nadruk lag in het optimaliseren en verstevigen van het potentieel dat iedereen in zich heeft.
Haar passie is om mensen hun “drive” terug te doen vinden, sterktes in kaart te brengen en te zorgen dat positieve verandering blijvend is.
Momenteel is ze terug in Europa en bekijkt ze wat de toekomst haar brengt in
Spanje.

Marika uses her HR background, Eastern Philosophy studies and the latest science
from Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence.
Marika speaks Dutch, French, English, Japanese and some Mandarin. Her family
has lived in Asia for 20+ years and she has moved more than 12 times. Re-inventing
herself and navigating through change has become second nature.
